Raffi responded to my initial work request in less than 15 minutes. He was honest with the cost estimate & what the repair would entail. I was happy the work was done quickly in order to install a new washer & dryer!

If you need a plumber who will get the job done, look no further. I got in touch with Raffi a few days ago to help us with locating the yard drains that we were not able to find. I talked to a few guys before and they just come and tell you negative things that makes your life just harder. When Raffi came to my place to look at what is going on. It was almost night. But he still came because he did not want us without yard drain when the next rain comes. He was not afraid to get right to work and get his hands dirty right away. He got his shovel and started digging for the drains. In like half an hour he found them all. He came later during the day and finished the job and made sure that the pipes are running using his camera and his washer pressure. He also fixed our pond waterfall. Raffi really gets it done. Nowadays when I talk to contractors they seem to give you a lot more headache than what the issue is. Raffi just gets the job done with no complaints or negativity. Thank you, Raffi!
