Our focus is on working with our clients' insurance company, providing them with an accurate estimate for repairs, facilitating a speedy resolution and expediting repairs to homes and businesses. We work with all insurance carriers and utilize an estimating tool that insurance companies rely on for their pricing programs. Our recent projects have included working with the following carriers: Allstate, Farmer's Insurance, State Farm, Mercury Insurance, Foremost, Nationwide, AAA, etc. Simply put: we work with our clients' insurance carriers and come to an agreement on a scope and budget that will enable to us to return homes and business to their pre-loss condition. Quite often, our clients choose to make upgrades and changes. It is important for us to remember that our clients are in an unfortunate and unforeseen situation and we make every effort to impact a positive outcome.

Working with Sam was great! Always answered calls or messages promptly. Never had an unanswered question. He helped so much to navigate with insurance and whole process, as this was a total new experience for us(first claim). We had some major waterdamage. Which basically resulted in whole house having to be redone. Was a huge project, the end result is a home I am more in love with than before. The guys who come to do the work are all very sweet, very much treated my home as if it was their own. Never left any messes. The work quality is amazing, everyone has gone above and belong. Got everything I wanted and more. Everything was as promised. No second doubts here. Would recommend to anyone needing to have work done on home to use LKL Restoration. You won't regret it.

If you want the best then you have to work with the best. Sam was amazing throughout this whole overwhelming ordeal not only was he patient but he took his time to explain the process. Vicente takes such pride in his work and treats your house like his own along with his crew. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We commit to work within the scope and budget as agreed upon with our clients' insurance carriers.
As required by law, any changes in scope and pricing will be communicated in advance and in writing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with a client in person to ensure the right fit. It is important to understand the extent of damages, the scope of repairs needed and most importantly, the needs of our clients.
If a joint agreement has been reached, we present a work authorization for our clients review (never in person and on the spot... always via docusign so that the client can read it at their leisure).
One a work authorization has been executed, we spring into action in contacting the insurance carriers, setting up inspections, preparing estimates, etc.
Once the estimate/scope is approved, we meet with our clients to clearly determine what their objectives are. i.e. return the property to it's previous condition or look for opportunities to modify/upgrade the property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, I have over 10 years of industry experience and have worked with almost all major insurance carriers. (there are a lot of smaller ones)
As a preferred vendor to Mercury and Farmers Insurance, I have extensive experience in estimating, project management and ensuring the completion of the project to our clients' satisfaction.
