What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's important to stay up to date with magic. I am constantly searching for the latest and greatest effects for my show. Especially for my repeat customers, I want them to experience something new and different each time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a small child I was amazed by a magician who came to our school. He had a fancy hat and cape and made us all laugh til our faces hurt from smiling. I knew then I wanted to be just like him!
What types of customers have you worked with?
School assemblies, Birthday Parties and any special occasion that requires a bit of fun! Having a magician at your next event makes it special. Your guests will have fun and thank you for having such a great time. Hiring a professional makes all the difference. Call about special discounts for seniors and community homes!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently performed at a very large amusement part doing strolling magic. The day was very hot and the shade was hard to come by. All of my magic was recieved very well by the crowds and we all had a great time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Only hire a professional full time magician. Check on their references. Make sure you are going to have a great event by talking with them on the phone first and asking lots of questions. How long have you been doing this? Are you full time? Do you have references I can call?
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not all magicians are created equal, some are much better than others. The bad ones give us all a bad reputation.
