What we would recommend for a customer looking to hire a designer or agency would probably be, be 100% positive they are the right fit for you before you move forward with your project. Many customers go with the cheapest and fastest designers simply because it fits their budget and time frame but the reality is that speed and cost doesn't provide excellent design, a connection between you and the designer does.
