Each project varies and pricing will be determined by the size and scope of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone interview to determine client needs, projects, overall goals and deadlines. we will discuss whether the timelines for the project are realistic and what specifics are needed within the project parameters. Further discussion will also allow the client to ask what my services may entail and what my overall professional experiences include so we can tailor a custom package for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have fifteen years experience in Russian / English translation, interpretation and transcribing. My experiences include a position as Senior Advisor / Translator and Interpreter for The Ukrainian State Department of Agriculture which is a State Run Agricultural Development Department part of the State Committee of Agricultural Preservation. I am a native Russian speaker with almost two decades of English speaking and training in the United States and formal training at The Kiev State Linguistic University with Foreign Languages as my major and a focus on English speaking and translation. As a business owner I also am continually refining my customer service skills and assessing customer knowledge to understand search trends and improve overall sales and growth.
