- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I don't fix it I don't charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions to get an idea of what the problem is and if its something easy like changing batteries on the t-stat I instruct the customer on what to do to avoid a service call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mechanical engineer which gives me an advantage over other technicians.
