We had a small piece of metal from a bottle cap lodged in our disposal that made a humming sound when turned on. When we ran the dishwasher the water backed up and made a mess under the sink. This happened over the weekend but they were able to come on Monday when we got home from work. Max arrived and unclogged our sink and it was a small piece of metal. He also tightened our faucet during the same visit. He was super kind and efficient. We explained that we had trouble finding affordable work and he gave us his business card for the future! Technician came out last Sunday to clear a kitchen drain. Completed in 1/2 hour, but this Saturday the drain was slow again. Same technician came out an hour after I called. This time he used a longer, larger snake and cleared it again. Then videoed the drain to confirm it was clear. No charge. We’re very satisfied.
