- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Every situation is different. Pricing depends on preparation work, damage to fix and how many colors and coats. Staining and Lacquer wood projects needs to be discussed as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to their needs. Keep my pricing reasonable to allow my business to prove itself so that my customer service and product speaks for itself. Therefore, gaining trust and building a refferal base.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in the Painting industry for over 25 years. As an apprentice to journeyman and now owner operator.
