Introduction: I am a Vinyasa Yoga teacher, with a foundation in dance and massage.
I weave my dance background, a playful attitude, and love of movement into every Yoga class. As a teacher I aim to create space for my students to explore what brings them joy, freedom, and strength in both their practice and their lives.
I offer private one-on-one and group classes. I especially love to teach outdoors - in the beautiful beaches and forests we're lucky enough to live near.
