Introduction: I am originally from Melbourne Australia where I attended William Angliss institute of Tafe (One of Australia's most prestige culinary programs). While attending culinary school I was fortunate enough to work in Melbourne's iconic Stoke House restaurant that was rewarded with 2 hats. From there I have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world learning and working in some great restaurants. Travelling to England, Asia, South America, Central America, New Zealand and many more countries. In my recent years I was the Executive Chef at Grasings Coastal Cuisine located in Carmel by The Sea. We catered many high end wine dinners and served guests lunch and dinner 7 days a week using only the best local sustainable and organic ingredients. Prior to that I was the Executive Chef for the Evergreen Lodge located in Yosemite National Park for 6 years. We Served high end food to guests from all over the world including weddings for up to 200 guests every weekend. So I am well rounded when it comes to any type of cuisine. Now I am a full time Personal Chef. I want to bring my knowledge about amazing cuisine to you. I am offering in home cooking classes, 5 to 6 course high end fine dining dinners, Barbeques or any gathering where you would need a meal cooked for you. I love cooking and sharing my experiences through my culinary art and I look forward to cooking for you.

We used Chef Jesse for a birthday dinner while on a little weekend getaway in Carmel with friends and LOVED our experience. Jesse was super responsive and tailored the menu perfectly to accommodate several dietary restrictions. Each dish was beautifully presented with so many colorful and fresh ingredients and everything tasted phenomenal. Chef Jesse was also so kind and friendly with our families and left his work space cleaner than he found it. We couldn’t recommend him more highly!

I found myself preparing for a dinner party of 12 people and feeling overwhelmed, I decided to hire a personal chef. I had never done this before and was a little apprehensive. Chef Jesse was so accommodating and flexible with the menu, which was a six course tasting menu. One of our guests had some dietary restrictions that were no problem at all. Spectacular is the only way to describe the food, yet it was only half of the equation. The pace of the dinner and the presentation of each dish was flawless. I can tell you this, if you’re looking for a personal chef, you better book chef Jesse while you can, because it won’t be long before he is in high demand. I would rate him as an 11 out of 10.

The experience we had with Jesse exceeded our expectations! The menu was healthy, visually appealing and delicious. He was entertaining, a lot of fun and made the evening enjoyable. He really made the experience for my 50th birthday something I will always remember with my closest friends and now we have gained our own personal chef!

Jesse cooked us an amazing Valentine's Day dinner. He is a very professional, friendly, and awesome chef. He was extremely prompt with his arrival as well as with timing each course. During the menu selection Jesse listened to all our requests and customized an amazing menu for both of us. Thanks to Jesse it was everything and more than what we had expected. It was a fantastic and delicious meal from start to finish. Each course was creatively constructed and tasted as good as it looked. I would not hesitate to recommend his service to anyone, of which we already have! He was a pleasure to have as a personal chef, and the food and service were first class throughout.
