I used the organizational services of Deborah Smith and would highly recommend her. Recently my mother moved from a 3 bedroom house to a 1 bedroom apartment. My sister and mom took take of the first stage of loading a moving pod and moving my mom to her new howe. The second stage of clearing the house before the close of escrow fell to me. After a couple of weeks I was overwhelmed and clearly behind schedule. I sought out several organizers. Deborah Smith was the first to respond, within a few hours of my plea for help. After our initial meeting where I sketched out the goals and need to proceed quickly because of the impending closing. She got to work the next day. Besides the hard work she put in, having her obvious competent help around, both freed me up to tackle other time sensitive errands away from the house, and keep on task. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?A complementary phone assessment is included. I offer numerous packages (above and beyond the regular 1 day session), which are discounted depending on how many hours are pre-booked. I do not charge for travel time. I will take purged items to various charities and donation centers--free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I schedule an in-home or phone meeting to assess your ultimate goal and needs and then set up a schedule to work within your budgetary and time constraints.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have attended various workshops and do constant research on the field. I have an analytical mind with advanced spatial abilities so I am a natural.
