I saw a large collection of black dots in the corner of my room and called them to come check it out. Apparently, there was a small leak in a seam of the roof that I didn't know I had- it had dripped for some time and caused a lot of damage before I was able to see it.
They came out for a free estimate and were very helpful answering all my questions. The quote was reasonable considering the process only takes one day and requires no demolition. I was almost sold when they told me that because I do not want to deal with all that mess but my mind was set on them when they said it included a one-year warrantee. So glad I found them before I had a construction crew come in and open up all my walls. Highly recommend!!
