Wow! Tony and his team did a fantastic job replacing our roof, my wife and I couldn't be more happier with the entire expeirence. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team was professional, efficient, and communicative. When I reached out to them, they provided us with a clear estimate, explained the entire process in person and what was to be expected, and more importantly they worked within the promised timeframe which was my biggest concern. Had a nasty leak during the rains, and having never hired a roofer before, and it being an emergency, I was very worried. Every company I was calling seemed to be dilly dallying or trying to take advantage of the situation in order to up sell me. Prime American Roofing was the only company where I felt like I was talking to real human beings that weren't trying to just make money, but actually wanted to help me. They came in ASAP, stopped the leaks, gave me a competitive quote, and got the whole job done IMMACULATELY. Thank God for these amazing human beings!! I can't recommend them enough!!
