Excellent service by Moe. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained me every detail of work he did. He is very punctual and arrived right when he promised, identified the problem quickly and had all the tools and equipments to fix it.

Moe is the best! He came out to assess our air conditioner at 8:30 p.m. because he promised to come out before the end of the day. He fixed the problem in 15 minutes and then left to do one last job before heading home. That is service at its best and Moe should be commended for being a true professional. Don't hesitate to use 1st HVAC for any service needed, they earned their 5 star reviews!
