I have a rather unique piece of commercial property that needed to be appraised for tax reasons. Stuart seemed to have a good background for doing it. We met at the site to review things and he seemed to be the right man for the job. And, he was. He was very good to work with and produced a clear easy to understand report to back up his appraisal. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on the job itself. They range from $450 to $2,000. In some instances they may be higher if the assignment is complicated.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the assignment. Finalize the detail. Complete the assignment. Keep in mind the client knows what they want. I try to meet their needs as closely as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is required for each licensing period. Additionally I teach at the local adult education school.
