Richard was authentic and understood every aspect of what’s needed to be fixed in my asphalt driveway. Provided reasonable estimate and followed through in completing the work explaining the process clearly as needed. Like any project we saw couple of small unexpected items and Richard was very considerate to take care of them unlike. I certainly recommend him and my Preference for any of my next projects.

Richard responded immediately to my request to power wash and re-stain/seal my back patio. He did an amazing job. Richard gave us a very competitive estimate super fast. He and his team completed the work exactly as we requested and left the project protected (for 24 hours for the asphalt to cure). What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary due to the different circumstances on each project.
We try to be as competitive as possible with other companies when bidding a project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally the first step should be an on site estimate with the customer present so we can discuss options and pricing that will fit the customers budget.
It's sometimes difficult to cover all tangibles through email.
If all terms are agreeable to both parties the next step would be scheduling the projects start date, how long the job will take, and final payment arrangements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the paving business working with my dad and brother.
