General handyman/service call rates: $70 per man hour. $100 minimum. 1-2 person crew available. After hours services (STR/Airbnb maintenance calls between 6pm and 6am, 7 days a week): $150 for the first hour then $70 for each additional man hour. We also offer free estimates for larger projects. We handle all types of projects from simple maintenance tasks and after hours emergencies to full scale remodels, new roof installations, and more. I specialize in STR (short term rental) maintenance, and understand the needs of guests and quick turnaround time frames for C/I and C/O. I have a keen sense of cleanliness and aesthetic detail.
