General handyman/service call rates: $70 per man hour. $100 minimum. 1-2 person crew available.
After hours services (STR/Airbnb maintenance calls between 6pm and 6am, 7 days a week): $150 for the first hour then $70 for each additional man hour.
We also offer free estimates for larger projects.

I was a commercial roofing department manager for 8 years before moving into residential remodeling. I am native to Nashville, Tennessee, but am now a proud resident of the High Desert region. I specialize in STR (short term rental) maintenance, and understand the needs of guests and quick turnaround time frames for C/I and C/O. I have a keen sense of cleanliness and aesthetic detail. Wow! We are so impressed with Nick and his attention to detail. We needed baseboard trim installed around our kitchen island because our Chihuahua caused some water damage at one of the corners. Nick waterproofed the island and installed PVC baseboard to cover and prevent any further damage. We will definitely hire Nick again. Thanks Nick!

I gave him 3 pages of projects I have been compiling for 3 years. He is doing a great job and nothing seems to be too hard or two small for him to accomplish. He is a good listener and follows direction very well. If asked, he will offer better solutions if I’m not absolutely sure. He is a perfectionist, which is rare these days.
