We are long time locals of Mountain Ranch and service all surrounding areas . I absolutely love to clean ! So one day in 2018 I decided to make it not only my favorite pastime but to open my own cleaning business. I love what I do and I’m great at it! We provide commercial cleaning, Airbnb cleaning & hosting , residential house cleaning that fits your needs, patio and deck pressure washing, general pressure washing of outdoor areas, deck restoration and renewal, windows inside and out and more. If I could give Alicia and Mountain Maintenance more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. She has been our cleaning professional for the past three years, taking care of our Airbnb as well as our personal home, and I can honestly say she is one of the most reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy people we’ve ever worked with. During our time hosting, Alicia played a huge role in our success. Our guests consistently commented on how spotless and welcoming the space felt and that was entirely because of her. She goes far beyond a standard clean. Every surface, every corner, every small detail is handled with care. She treats the home like it’s her own. Beyond her incredible work ethic, Alicia is also just an absolute pleasure to work with. She is dependable, communicative, flexible, and always went above and beyond.
