We had a small scheduling snafu starting out with Plug-In Services, but they were really great and proactive about sorting that out -- when we had our appointment, they showed up exactly on time for the earliest part of their window, the technician spent a good bit of time working with our machine to understand the core issues with it, and they ultimately ended up recommending against several hours of repair (which would have gone to them) and instead recommended a machine replacement. I really valued how honest the recommendation was -- even if it meant they were turning down some business in the immediate term, I'd definitely use them again and trust them based on today's experience!

Matt was very responsive, came out to the house very quickly, was able to diagnose the problem, and ordered the parts necessary. He then came out as soon as parts arrived and repaired the appliance. Cost was very reasonable. He kept us constantly informed about the progress. I would definitely use him again.
