My name is Simone. I would love to help you achieve your fitness goal. I am a NASM certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and professional bodybuilding competitor.

HOW DOES VIRTUAL TRAINING WORKS?
You are able to workout anywhere through the Zoom app. Your able to see me and I’m able to see you. I say what the exercise will be then I demonstrate. After I demonstrate I watch to see if your performing the exercise with good form. I constantly check in with you to see how you feel and what you feel. NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO START.
TYPES OF EXERCISES
Your sessions may include yoga, high intensity interval training, weight training, flexibility or other various exercises. Every exercise is ground in science so every exercise has a purpose and get you results faster. Session are designed to enhance your posture and improve mobility and flexibility, so you can move better and be pain-free in everyday life.
