- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically for a web or web properties build out I charge a $3-5k deposit and $50 an hour thereafter until the project is complete. For social media strategy customizations, depending again on the project, I charge a $3k deposit with a $35 an hourly rate until the project is complete Any additional customizations on social media or design and content, I charge a monthly fee of $2k, which includes customized designs, brand positioning and customized platforms, and this is a monthly fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I review the needs of the client and explain my process. Depending on the clients needs, I typically work in phases and based on the clients needs, I customize a plan for the client. I draft a contract agreement and I request that a deposit is paid in advance of the project, which is then applied to the timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in International Business which a thesis publication in Cause Related Marketing. I also hold a Bachelor of Fine Art in Design from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, Washington. And initiated my graduate work with New York University in their Visual Art Administration program in 2006, in 2007 I transferred to Heidelberg, Germany.
