- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive within the market of solar installations and QuietCool installations. Due to the variety of makes and models, it would be difficult to standardize the pricing. Our solar systems for generic panels start at under $3.00/W. For premium solar panels the pricing starts at under $3.25/W.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Due to COVID-19, these days we're working remotely with the customers in over 99% of the time. All info we preliminary need we can get by phone or email. Then we present them with a simple but thorough proposal. If accepted, we'll proceed to design and permitting (for solar) or scheduling installation for the QuietCool whole house fans. We have all systems and processes in place for a perfect customer experience!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our CEO is the licensed contractor and holds a masters in Electrical Technology. Our construction manager, Allen Johnson, is a licensed electrician. All of our technicians and installers have undergone extensive training from Solaria, REC SolarEdge universities, or similar.
