- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very fair relative to the value received. We don’t hire kids off the street. All of our techs are tenured and know what they are doing. These are not $20/hr guys. This said, some customers choose to go with a less expensive company. Most of those customers, end up coming to us anyway, months later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to first have a phone consultation. This is free of charge. Many times, we are able to answer questions for customers and save them the cost of sending out a technician.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified to work on ALL solar equipment. We have also installed and worked on some solar equipment other companies have never heard of of… we’re talking very old system.
