- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every business is unique and we can't provide a standard pricing for everyone. After we analyze the system requirements and current project requirements we will be able to provide you with affordable prices that will be usually under your current running cost over the term of a year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with evaluating the efficiency of the current business process. We do time and cost analysis of running the business according to current system(s) in use and then provide a full report with a proposal of changes needed to maximize profile and lower cost.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been providing Custom Software and cloud based systems since 2009, we recently decide to start using our Thumbtack account as of Nov 2016. If you are wondering about our previous work will be happy to provide you with a portfolio of projects we have built.
