Robert Wallis has done the architectural work on renovations at our new local homeless shelter. Our requirements have been challenging in many ways, partly because of how the building will be used, partly because our federal grant has been slow to fund, partly because we've had to make a few changes along the way, and partly because we needed to get local builders to donate labor and materials as much as possible. Robert has been completely splendid in every aspect of the work. His designs have been timely and flawless, and he has responded to changes in our plans with remarkable graciousness. He has always been flexible and readily available. His skill, resourcefulness, and charm have attracted a great many willing builder-donors to the project. There's absolutely no way he could ever have served us better than he has.

We are renovating a 6500 sf building into a 54-bed homeless shelter. Robert has been a delight to work with. He immediately understood our needs and helped us make good use of every inch of space.

I highly recommend Robert Wallis. Robert was professional, efficient and very accommodating. I am a trustee who needed to design and build a new home for a client with accessibility special needs. Robert did such a great job working with my client during the design process, I asked him to stay on as the building consultant to assist us through the entire building process. Much of what I needed from Robert was new to him and not part of his typical services, however, Robert gladly assisted my client and I with all of our special requests.
