- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects costs of high quality cleaning products and materials, time to arrive prepared, ready to work , and provide thorough cleaning service independently. Depending on the service, if you are looking to receive recurring assistance, there is a discount. The first cleaning will be a deep clean, if I am new to your space. All cleanings after will take less time if reoccurring. *I will bring my own cleaning products, but will need to use your cleaning appliances. *Please let me know ahead of time if you cannot provide functioning vacuum, mops, broom, sponges and brushes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will meet and go over the most priority tasks. Once established exact service and desired outcome, we can begin to tackle more areas, projects, and objectives and plan to have those strategically completed. Once I’m familiar with your space and desired services and outcome, we can begin to establish future cleanings and services to make your home or business its best for you and your family and friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked with Airbnb hosts to learn about precision, attention to detail, and specific protocol to readiness.
