- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Training is a great value since you can’t put a price on your health.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Talk with them to see if we are a good fit 2. Have the fill out health & fitness forms 3. Do fitness assessments ( FMS, body fat, tape measurements etc.) 4. Then take out this information to design a personalized training program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a PhD in holistic nutrition, a Masters in exercise physiology and my undergraduate in ergonomics. I am certified exercise physiologist, certified strength & conditioning specialist, certified Pilates instructor ( mat & equipment) and an instructor for the Red Cross.
