I worked for a large plumbing company for 15 years. I was the lead foreman with a crew of awesome people. We would do everything from small pipe repairs to repiping multi family dwellings and large homes and commercial buildings.
I can fix or replace anything from pipes underneath the house to a leaky toilet. I fix and install, garbage disposals, water heaters, and faucets. I also install whole house water filters or smaller systems like reverse osmosis and multi stage filtering kits.
I install and repair all different types of pipes including gas piping, water drainage piping, and water supply.
My specialty is drain cleaning . I have over $30000 invested. I carry all the best equipment including 6 different drain cleaning machines. I can clean out roots from your main line and I can hydrojet your greasy kitchen and laundry line.
Is there hair stuck in your bath tub or shower drain? I can fix that too. I can give a camera inspection for most sewer main lines.

Good communication in the app and in person. Was very polite when he arrived and walked me through our options. The current garbagedisposal couldn't be repaired (in the time I had available) so we went with a replacement. Cleaned up after the repair and took a check as payment.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive. Most of the time a lot lower then the big plumbing companies. I might be a little more expensive than some handymen because they are not Licensed or Carry insurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like talking to the customer directly on the phone before I come out and meet them. For me it's a much more streamlined form of communication rather than just texting. I like to get a lot of details about the job before I give an estimate. Most of the time I can tell you what the price will be over the phone before I come out. Some instances I need to physically be there for a diagnosis.
I'm usually booked a few days out on jobs taking longer than a couple of hours. Most of the time I can do small jobs in the same day. When coming into your home I will wear shoe covers and mask. I always make sure to clean up after myself. I am happy to provide a receipt and and warranty for jobs completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained journeymen. Most of all my work speaks for itself. I'm very lucky to have many repeat customers and great online reviews.
