I worked with Raymond the entire time.top notch guy. no nonsense, no upselling, no sugar coating and best of all - straight to the point.they have the experience in the area, and know what they are working with in terms of water availability. based on the location of my lot, they told me that they would not need to drill deep to hit water, and he was right. i believe he hit water at around +/- 83 feet.working in construction, the biggest thing with me is communication and honesty. you need to properly relay important information and not lie about it. got that here tenfold.Price was more than fair, and the timing of work was phenomenal. originally he slated they'd be done in a month, due to their current workload (which at this point almost everyone is booked solid). he called me up last minute and told me they had an opening for a rig for the following week, so he could have a crew there on the weekend to prep the site. within a week and a half of contract signing i had my well.the attention to detail was there. dealing in construction, i have seen installation jobs that are technically correct and to code, but the pride in workmanship isnt there. this was not the case here. there is a pride in their workmanship, which lets you know when they put their name on something, it should be something to be proud of.anyone in the Newberry Springs area, i highly recommend Eagle Well for any well pump needs. before getting with Eagle Well, i called many places and the runaround was insane. never again. if i ever need maintenance, im calling the guys who did the job right the first time around.
