- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge by the hour with a minimum of two hours. There is usually an additional charge for groceries. I provide Recipe Packets with each lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation with the customer to see what their needs and wants are. Also, to decide on time and location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science I have a Master of Science in Nutrition Education. I taught High School Food Service Occupations, Food and Nutrition and International Foods for 26 years. At the same time I taught Food Processor Classes for Cuisinart and Let's Get Cookin'. I also taught Children's Teens and Parent/Child Classes at Let's Get Cookin'. Am currently teaching at the local Adult School and giving Private Lessons.
