Eric responded right away and was able to come out same day, which was amazing. He did great work, provided his own screws for screws that were missing (he assembled a shed for me), and cleaned up too! I’d highly recommend him.

Eric did an amazing job and was extremely accommodating. He hung an outdoor projector screen for me. His work was very professional. I wasn't sure of the exact location and the impact the screen would have during the day and night. Eric told me his recommendation and that if I decided to move it later that it would not be a problem. I actually did decide to move it and Eric came out again. After consultation we agreed it probably was ideal not to move it. So Eric was not only handy and professional, but very flexible. We also had a few other projects and he was honest if he felt that they were something that would be beyond his scope - such as a complicated electrical project. I appreciated his honesty and telling me this up front, rather than having him start a project and then finding out issues later. As for his fees, he charged a reasonable $50 per hour and did not milk it. He worked quickly. He too was very helpful. I wanted to hang some curtain rods and he quickly helped me mark the studs, rather than saying something like, "Well I will need to charge you to do the whole project." I realize it was a simple task, but demonstrated Eric's professionalism. I was deciding between Eric and another contractor listed on Thumbtack. The other contractor advertised an hourly rate, but then charged a flat per project rate, which seemed like it would have been higher than the hourly rate. Rather than calling him out, I simply decided to go with Eric, after all, I can't really trust someone who advertises 1 thing and then charges something else. Eric is very honest. I would highly recommend Eric for any projects you have around the house.
