FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NCSF certified and am required to take workshops, attend seminars, and take online quizzes to recertify every two years. I am also attending school to pursue a degree in kinesiology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From the young age of eleven, my father began to train me in bodybuilding and powerlifting. At first, I really didn't like it! However, over the span of a year, I became addicted and began to immerse myself in fitness literature. By the age of fifteen, I was stronger than anybody in my school, including all the adults, and began to train the sports teams of my school. Now, I compete in Strongman professionally, and train others to be powerful and feel great in their own bodies.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common work I do with my clients is teaching them how to move with confidence and no joint pain. Within the first month of training, you'll feel lighter on your feet, lift heavier, quicker, and more efficiently. Once your movements are sharpened, other goals become more easily attainable, including weight loss, muscle gain, strength gain, endurance, and health.
