- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a same day next day discount. We discount veterans seniors and the like. We have a lifetime labor warranty, which saves a ton of money if the unit has problems however we prefer to install Bradford White water heaters for tanks and they rarely fail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will just text a picture of their existing water heater and we can diagnose over the phone in minutes. This saves the client time and money as it’s all done for free. If the client approves the quote, we often can do the work the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve been in the industry for over 20 years and our founder was known as the number one tankless Technician in California. Sadly, he passed away from acute leukemia. His son grew up learning from him and is a phenomenal human being and gifted just like he was. We also have a team of three other technicians who are all level three certified through Navien and have done extensive training with other manufacturers.
