Richard and his crew are as good as it gets. I was in a BIG bind. Needed to feed 400+ at a BBQ with less than 24 hours notice after a mishap with another caterer. Not only did he pull it off, the food was great and the service was even better!! could have robbed me but worked within my budget. No brainer, Custom Caterers for your next event. They will be my first call the next time I am in the area. Thanks Richard!!
