Introduction: I believe that customer service is not a job title but is something that you offer to your customers. There are a lot of mobile notaries out there, and when somebody choses to use my services I appreciate it and try to show it by doing the best job I can for them. I also work hard at staying current with the latest in notary law so my customers get the best work they can for their money.
I like helping people. I have a background of 30 years in Customer Service. When I can go to somebody's home, or office, or hospital room, take what is sometimes a hassle, and make it pleasant experience then I have done my job well.
