- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notary fees are set by California law and charged per signature. In addition, I charge a reasonable travel fee based on distance, location, and appointment timing. I’m always happy to provide an upfront quote before the appointment so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted, I confirm the type of document, number of signatures, location, and preferred time. I provide a clear quote upfront and schedule the appointment. I arrive prepared, verify identification, complete the notarization accurately, and ensure everything is done professionally and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned California Notary Public and have completed the required state-approved notary education and examination. I stay up to date on California notary laws and best practices to ensure each notarization is completed correctly and legally.
