- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer transformation packages that may consist of online training, in-person training, and coaching via phone or Skype. Group discounts will be applied if we go that route. My rates are dependent on your requirements, and on what we decide to include in your package. My lowest package is just $27 per month. In-home personal training is $60 per session and $10 per additional person Coaching programs start at $100 per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief discussion to see if we’re a good fit. If the answer is yes, we’ll have a strategy call, where we will discuss your goals and devise a plan suited to your goals and lifestyle. Your program may include a dietary strategy that varies that I will customize to your needs. You'll have a private app where your workouts are stored. I'll hold you accountable and track your progress. In person personal training may also be included in your plan, where I'll train you in person. My goal is always to empower people to sustain their new habits independently, not stay dependent on me for life. Coaching calls where we work to keep you on track to reach your mind-body fitness goals are also usually part of the plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified as a Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, & Life Strategies. But my nearly 3 decades of experience has been my greatest education.
