Very happy with Fetch Pet Care. They are so helpful and caring. I would give them a high rating! Renee is on top of everything. Definitely a good match with my dog walker after waiting for the right person to come along.We eventually used another person to help us find another person to fit the bill for our dog walker and she is awesome!

I've used Fetch for 15 years, as my dog Harry went from a hard-pulling, barking two-year-old to a mellow adult, to a slow, arthritic, and distracted-by-smells 17-year-old. Along the way he was befriended by the dogwalkers of Fetch, who didn't just walk him -- they gave him love. They paid attention. When he returned to the house I might hear, "He's been favoring his right front paw a little, but I couldn't see anything there. Maybe keep an eye." When I was busy in the morning, they fed him and gave him medication according to the increasingly complex set of rules his aging body required. And when I finally said goodbye to Harry, Janine was there with me. Lisa Anne had come the night before for a final visit, bringing some of the last treats he ever had. Harry considered them dear friends, and so do I.

Everything! Scheduling walks, feedings and overnight stays is a breeze with Renee. The communication is awesome and very responsive. You never have to follow up - you send the request and Renee gets back to you very quickly. In as little as a few minutes to confirm that your sitter is available, other times it may be a couple of hours but never more than that. Having a regular sitter or two maintains a level of consistency for my animals (and me), cos I know that they know the routine and the animals are all familiar with them and look forward to their time together. Having the option of a couple of regular alternates as well makes the process headache and worry-free. We get regular communication from the sitters in the form of regular texts and photos every time. So, so happy to have Fetch in our lives. And the prices for the services are very fair in this market, too.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive information on the service needed and the pet(s), we assign the Pet Sitter who would be best suited to the client's needs. The next step is a meet & greet (complimentary consultation). Once everything has been discussed and the client is comfortable the service is scheduled.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been in business since 2005! We are a small boutique pet sitting company and have a wonderful team of very experienced loving pet sitters! With Fetch, you will always be covered!
