Ricardo was professional, communicative and very helpful overall. He worked on mounting 2 tvs, had all the tools and even brought in some missing pieces for the work. I will definitely keep his work in mind for any future tasks.

Recommended! Response was quick since we wanted the project done asap. He mounted 2 tv’s in my home (swivel/articulating) 65 in and 85in. He is knowledgeable, also suggested options that may be needed. He is helpful, honest, respectful and provides a quality work, will hire him again in the future as we have been looking for a go to handyman in our area.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any price I give typically includes a 10% tax. If you have multiple projects that need to be done I typically give a better deal since I am on the job site already, so don’t be afraid to ask for more work!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether new or old, if they reach out about a project I give them the run down of project cost and give and give them options of things that may be better or just more cost effective based on budget.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was the right hand man of a superintendent for a big constructor. He would do all the finishes necessary before the clients got the key to their house. Whether it was fixing cracks in the newly installed drywall, replacing lights, paint touch ups, or cracked tiles, etc. He then was able to take his knowledge and trained me to do just as he did and now I take pride in what I do!
