My Frigidaire refrigerator's water and ice dispenser decided to stop turning off when I'm not longer pressing the button, which meant water, water (and ice) everywhere. Momentum answered my request almost immediately. Friendly representative on the phone. Had same-day availability to send someone out to check out my issue.
The repairperson was friendly and professional and helpful. What I appreciated most was that he was transparent about what the replacement part and his labor would cost (even showed me the part and it's price directly on a website) and was honest about the poor value of replacing the part compared to the price of the repair.
I felt like Momentum is looking to build relationships and a good reputation, not just do an ill-advised project just to make as much money as possible. I appreciate that, and would definitely hire them again for appliance repairs.
