- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple, transparent, and stress-free: Initial Call & Problem Assessment We listen to the customer’s issue, ask a few diagnostic questions, and determine whether the problem requires standard service, emergency response, or a specialty inspection. On-Site Evaluation A trained technician arrives on time, performs a full inspection of the affected area, and identifies the root cause—not just the symptoms. Clear Options & Upfront Pricing We provide honest recommendations with multiple repair options when possible. Customers receive straightforward, upfront pricing before any work begins. Professional Repairs & Service Our technicians complete the work using professional-grade tools and industry-best practices. We also inspect surrounding systems to ensure there are no hidden issues that could cause future problems. Clean-Up & Quality Check We clean the workspace thoroughly and complete a final walkthrough with the customer to confirm everything is functioning correctly. Ongoing Support & Warranty Customers receive warranty information, maintenance tips, and direct contact access if they have follow-up questions or need future service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have completed professional plumbing and drain-line training that includes hands-on experience with leak detection, drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, sewer camera inspections, and general plumbing repairs. I’ve also received safety training, job-site procedure training, and on-the-job instruction from licensed plumbers and experienced technicians.
