Recently relocated from the East Coast with almost two decades of home sales and home-staging experience, Karen Miller Home Staging offers an individually-tailored, luxury look WITHOUT the luxury price. Buying and Selling a home is one of the most stressful, emotionally-charged experiences we face. I had a monster room filled to capacity with garage stuff to sort through it was scary. She arrived on time happy and full of energy. We sorted through stuff while she pulled boxes organized trash, keep or donate piles and it was amazing. It took two days and for the first time I see carpet and space. I don't have to walk sideways in my hall any more either. I will definately call Karen again to help me finish the room. She is awesome and easy to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the job. It's mostly based on square footage, # of rooms being staged, and accessibility of home (ie. staircases and elevators).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can quote an estimated price based on the job description but I do need to see the home before I can confirm that price. If the quote changes, it's usually not by much and I do my best to work within people's budgets.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education: - Marymount College Major: Psychology Minor: Business Graduated magna cum laude -Realtor -Home Stager -Interior Design -Estate Sales -Home Organizer
