When Pat showed up to the property, we had quite the list of items to be attended to. He prioritized the list and started completing them one by one. We even had some last minute add-ons for debris to be broken down and removed off property which he graciously excepted even at the end of a long workday. I will gladly refer Pat to anyone who asks, and for sure, it will be using him again for more projects. .
