What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Price of inspection is simply based on square footage of home. An inspection agreement will be signed by myself and my client. A date and time is set for the inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the construction field since 2010. I have mostly worked as a carpenter, and am also a certified welder and licensed refrigerant handler. I have other certificates for operating equipment and safe working practices.
I am a certified home inspector through Home Inspectors of California. I also have $1,000,000 of general liability insurance.
