Ignore the negative review. A review should be based on their service not because you disagree with their religious belief. Teree and her daughter Camille (who was our bartender) went beyond what they needed to do. When a problem arose because of our guests, not because of what Teree did she jumped in a solved it for us to save us major embarrassment. Everyone of our guests commented on how nice Teree and Camille were and how good the food was. Because the bride's signature drink was so popular (the drink Camille came up with for them) that we ran out of pineapple juice she had her mom go get more instead of making us do it. And she stayed and served drinks 1 1/2 hours later than she was contracted to do. They put my wife's troubles at ease and made our guests feel very welcomed. I would tell you to pay to have the food served and not buffet style...some guests just don't know proper etiquette. Who cares what her religious beliefs are...it is about the food and the service and both were excellent.

Teree Alfaro is one amazing chef! Our food was not only delivered on time, presented beautifully, but it was soo delicious, I had to personally thank her for her hard work right after I ate. Everything was so flavorful! She is a sweet and kind individual who took the time to make sure we got what we wanted as well as needed. I hired her to do my st patricks day cuisine which was some of the closest to at he food I ate while touring Ireland. Thanks again Teree!

We needed lunches and dinners for a three-day family reunion at our house, 12 guests. Teree was easy to work with in planning the menus, on time, very reasonably priced and everyone loved the results. She even flew in lobsters. Would use Ivy Birch again in a heartbeat.

Weddings are probably the most common jobs; although we do enjoy the personal and slower pace of the intimate smaller functions. We have a motto that no job is too small, if it is important to you..it is important you us!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know your budget, Have pictures available; your interpretation and mine may be very different. If there is a special food item that you like, provide recipe or sample, we aim to please.
