I have to thank Anton for saving me money, frustration and time. My wall oven was not working and I had no idea what to do so I looked on Thumbtack for someone to help me. I contacted 15 amp and Anton responded almost immediately. He was very patient with me and helped me to gather all the information he needed about my oven and at first we thought that a part needed to be replaced. However, before I tried to order the part, which was probably discontinued, he then started asking me some other questions about my oven, including child locks, which I had no idea even existed, but it turned out, yes, my oven had one and we tried resetting that but nothing happened. Turns out that the people who helped me clean my house a couple of days ago probably pushed those buttons and locked the oven, but it wasn’t responding when I tried to unlock it. Anton then suggested I try resetting the circuit breaker. Since the clock was working on my oven, I didn’t think anything was wrong with the circuit breaker so I hadn’t tried it. Sure enough, that did the trick and it worked. So, this reveals how completely ignorant I am about any type of appliances, electronics, etc. and it’s something I could have done on my own if I knew what I was doing, BUT, I didn’t know enough to do that - Anton helped me, was so patient with me and I cannot thank him enough. And when I asked him how much I owed him he said nothing. He must’ve been helping me between 30 and 45 minutes, texting back and forth, and he would not charge me for his help. What an absolute gentleman. I would definitely recommend him and if I have any problem with any of my appliances in the future, Anton is the person I am going to call right away.

My LG refrigerator freezer temp was high at about 25 degrees. Anthony found that that the compressor was the problem and was able to replace it the same day with a 2 year warranty. The next morning, the freezer temp dropped to -1 degree. Great work!
