Had the best experience with Edwards group. He installed tile around our tub and did a beautiful job. He was thorough, detail-oriented, punctual, and is clearly a master at his craft. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need to tiling work.

I would highly recommend Edward. My experience with him was the best that I have ever had. His work is flawless and beautiful. Him and Anthony are so thoughtful. They were aware of my pets and the doors were never left open. They were efficient and tidy. I will be a forever customer. Communication throughout this process was exceptional. Edward did an amazing job on my backsplash. The lowest quote I got was $1,400, and he completed the job for basically half that without cutting any corners. He was always punctual, friendly, and professional from start to finish.
He even offered to replace my white outlets with black ones so they matched the new backsplash, which was a nice extra touch. He worked hard, paid attention to every detail, and the finished tile looks absolutely amazing. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
If you're looking for someone who does high-quality tile work at a fair price, I highly recommend Edward. He's honest, doesn't try to overcharge, and delivers excellent results. I'll definitely be using him again for future projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new customer starts with an on-site consultation. I visit the project location, take measurements, discuss the customer’s ideas, and listen carefully to their needs and expectations.
Within 1–3 days, I provide a detailed estimate. Once the price and scope of work are approved, we schedule a start date and collect the required deposit.
After completing the project, I send the final invoice, receive the remaining payment, and kindly ask the customer to share their experience through a review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from self-education, hands-on experience, and continuously learning from other professionals in the industry. I regularly attend conferences and meet with other contractors to stay updated on new construction methods, innovative techniques, and best practices. I believe that continuous improvement is essential in this field.
