- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the quality of our workmanship, the materials we use, and the time required to complete the project properly. We always remain open to discussion and work with customers to find a solution that fits their needs and budget. We also offer a discount to returning customers who choose to work with us again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new customer starts with an on-site consultation. I visit the project location, take measurements, discuss the customer’s ideas, and listen carefully to their needs and expectations. Within 1–3 days, I provide a detailed estimate. Once the price and scope of work are approved, we schedule a start date and collect the required deposit. After completing the project, I send the final invoice, receive the remaining payment, and kindly ask the customer to share their experience through a review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from self-education, hands-on experience, and continuously learning from other professionals in the industry. I regularly attend conferences and meet with other contractors to stay updated on new construction methods, innovative techniques, and best practices. I believe that continuous improvement is essential in this field.
