- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a service call fee of $49 which applies toward the any approved work. We only provide free estimates on a case by case basis. We find that the process of getting free estimates gives an incentive to contractors to be deceptive to land the job, where honest contractors price what they know they will have to do BEFORE being hired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will typically talk to me, Tim (the owner). We schedule a time that works for both of us to come out to look at what you need. We typically provide options based on what you want and once you want to move forward, we either start right away or schedule a time that works best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We don't offer training per se, but we do answer questions and give technical advice to customers who have used our services in the past.
