FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
"My prices reflect quality, experience, and commitment to a job well done. I don't offer low rates or discounts, as I prioritize providing professional, reliable service with results that meet or exceed client expectations."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
"When working with a new client, my typical process begins with an initial meeting or call to fully understand their needs, goals, and expectations. At this stage, I ask a lot of questions to ensure I have a clear vision of the project or problem they want to solve. I then conduct an initial assessment or analysis based on the service I offer (e.g., audit, market research, technical review, etc.). With this information, I prepare a detailed proposal that includes a work plan, estimated timelines, costs, and communication methods. Once the plan is approved, I begin project execution, maintaining constant communication with the client to ensure everything is progressing as planned. I also like to deliver partial progress reports or milestones to receive feedback and make any necessary adjustments. Upon completion, we review the results together, and if necessary, I provide additional support or recommendations for future steps. I strive to build a relationship of trust from the beginning and offer a professional and personalized service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
"Over the years, I've gained practical experience and knowledge that complement my training. Although my learning has been largely hands-on, I've participated in various courses, workshops, and training sessions related to my field of work. This combination of hands-on training and continuous learning has allowed me to develop solid skills and adapt to the demands of the position."
